I keep wanting to step on the scale because I feel like Im lighter ha crazy you say, maybe. I find myself asking myself "do I have more energy?" the answer is yes I think even though its day 3 . I went to the gym and turtured myself with 100's on calves,legs,biceps,triceps and shoulders. My 2nd shake I hade at 5 and it was delicious and filling . I feel great, cant wait to weigh in monday!!!
